Salary:  $50,000 - $65,000 plus commission

We are currently hiring for a Hospitality Sales Manager.

The Hospitality Sales Manager plays an integral role at Clean the World in terms of advancing our mission to recycle soap, save lives and protect our environment. This role includes both new business development and account management responsibilities. Primary focus will be on securing new business relationships within the small to medium hospitality management marketplace. 

Secondary focus will involve managing and building upon existing relationships with partnership accounts. The Hospitality Sales Manager is expected to be a thought leader in terms of processes and procedures as well as sales and marketing initiatives relating both to prospective organizations and existing partners of Clean the World’s hospitality recycling program. This includes consultative selling, coaching clients on best practices, engaging on multiple levels throughout partner organizations, managing projects and monitoring multi-tiered implementations.   

Essential Functions: 

1.    Seeks to acquire new business opportunities as well as uncover potential growth opportunities within existing client portfolio of Clean the World partners.   

2.    Seeks out key decision makers and develops working relationships across partner business entities, departments and brands.   

3.    Participate in planning meetings with clients and contribute ideas to the overall strategy and ultimate mission / partner delivery.

4.    Represent CTW and industry at business functions. 

5.    Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide input into the strategic direction of the business, as well as the functionality and launch of new products and services. 

6.    Performing sales presentations as well as ongoing communication in both a new business as well as an account management capacity.  

Education and Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and a minimum of three years of experience in sales and account management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Software. 

Performing sales presentations as well as providing ongoing communication. 

Demonstrate outstanding communication and writing skills.

Demonstrate outstanding judgment, flexibility, superior client service skills as well as frequent, unsolicited, and positive feedback from client. 

Demonstrate high level presentation skills as well as the ability to manage partner needs via CTW Communications Team. 

Environmental and Physical Conditions: 

  1. Office, Hybrid, Remote work locations available.

  2. Periodic travel to hospitality partners and for industry related events.
